We chose A.N.T. Homes to build our first home together back in fall of 2021. We had explored a few different custom builder options but after meeting Wayne and hearing how knowledgeable and friendly he was, we knew we had to go with A.N.T. Throughout the entire process, the A.N.T. team made themselves available to us to answer our many questions and provide advice on elements of the build that we were unsure of. The whole process was also much quicker than we had initially thought. A.N.T. broke ground on our property in February of 2022 and we were moved in as of October that same year. They were excellent at keeping us informed of the progress and timelines.  In the end, we could not be happier with the beautiful home that A.N.T. has built for us. They truly brought our Pinterest-board vision to life and the quality of their work and the materials used exceeded our expectations. We recommend A.N.T. for anyone interested in seeing your dream custom home become reality.

ANT Homes built me a beautiful new home. My home was destroyed in a fire. Thankfully no one was hurt but it was a total loss. Through insurance I was able to choose my builder and was so happy to be able to have ANT Homes rebuild my home. It was reassuring when Wayne told me that they had completed other reconstructions after fires before. Wayne was so helpful and dealt with my insurance adjuster directly and was able to help me negotiate the entire process for the best possible outcome. It was such a relief to have a trustworthy company take care of me and walk me through the process. No one tells you what to do after a fire, you must figure it out yourself and I feel like Wayne and the team at ANT Homes took care of everything for me. They arranged for the demolition and fixed the original 65-year-old foundation to like new. Using the original footprint, they worked with me to custom design a new modern layout and built me a beautiful efficient and cozy home. My project managers and office staff were all amazing, very professional, friendly and responsive. Every tradesperson I met were also very professional and experts in their fields. The team at ANT Homes made a stressful time much easier and I could not be more thrilled to be back home living in my new home which could not be more beautiful. I am dealing their aftercare representative for minor touch-ups and repairs and they have been amazing. They are having everything completed to my absolute satisfaction. I give my complete recommendation to ANT Homes to anyone who wants a beautiful quality home by friendly wonderful people.

The A.N.T. construction company is an excellent home builder on which one can completely rely. My wife and I purchased 1.5 acres of land in Bradford Ontario 8 years ago, planning to build our dream home one day. In 2015, we decided that the “one day” had finally arrived, only finding out that hiring a good builder is very challenging. After five disappointing “interviews” with potential builders, we had a chance to talk to Wayne Ezekiel, the President and CEO of the A.N.T. Construction Company based in Simcoe County. Since this was the first home building for us, we had to learn everything from scratch. Wayne explained everything in detail with extreme patience. In the course of few months of discussion, Wayne earned our complete trust. We then drew a blue print plan for our future home and signed a contract in June 2016 to build our dream home. Once the Town of Bradford nodded our plan several months later, A.N.T. quickly started to build the home. Our house was completed in November 2017, and the final product was almost exactly the same as we envisioned. Wayne and A.N.T. staff, especially the designer, helped us greatly whenever we needed to make a decision. We found that our house had some minor issues when we started to conduct our daily life in the new house, as might be the case in any new house. Fortunately for us, Wayne and his crews quickly rectified the problems whenever we faced one. Wayne is not only a very honest and reliable person but also tries very hard to help us in any way he could. If we want to build a second home, I would definitely consult with Wayne first. I recommend Wayne for those who consider building a new home, with great enthusiasm.

After being disappointed and putting a halt to our project with another builder, we started to search on line for local builders and we found the A.N.T. Homes web site. We liked the presentation and thought we’d try this one more time. I called A.N.T. Homes a few days later and left a detailed message. That evening, on the weekend, Wayne called us back expressing his interest in our project. We liked his quick response and enthusiasm. Choosing a builder to design, build and look after your needs is an incredibly important decision, especially when you make the decision to invest in a custom home.
The process requires you to have great communication, partnership and honesty with your builder. This was my first custom build experience and I was worried about finding the right person to do it. My husband and I have had three custom homes built for us in the last 20 years and we found both the experience and the end result of dealing with A.N.T. Homes the best we’ve had. Wayne and Sigmund met with us initially to go over our construction and design changes and they were very flexible with some of the revisions we made through the building process. The site supervisor Jon was always so polite and professional and answered any questions we had on-site. We found all of the trades to be well experienced and they showed a lot of respect for the quality of A.N.T. Homes which made us feel very comfortable with our decision. We moved into our home just over a year ago and other than a few small “fixes” that were taken care of quickly, we have been extremely happy with our home.
